Free Sailing At NSHOF Sailing Center Overbooked!

In addition, without reservations, 50 people went sailing at the Maryland Maritime Heritage Festival on Saturday May 2nd from noon to 4:00 p.m.

98% of those involved have been first time sailors. Future participation is now limited only by the number of boats that can be mustered.

Prior to going out on the water, participates receive a briefing and material on boating safety, knot tying, and saving the Chesapeake Bay.
