MARYLAND CLUB YACHT SQUADRON BECOMES NSHOF FOUNDING MEMBER
From the Commodore:
"Maryland Club sailors have plied the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries since the club’s founding in 1857. It is only fitting, then, that the Maryland Club Yacht Squadron sign on as a founding member of the National Sailing Hall of Fame. Like the NSHOF, our members are committed to the support and advancement of yachting, and we look forward to a long and active relationship.

The Maryland Club Yacht Squadron was founded in 1857.
